Mabi’s Quick Notes on This OP16 Green Blue Luffy Decklist

GAMEPLAN
-Overall = This Green Blue Luffy’s gameplay is all about flooding the board with Impel Down cards. They’re low cost but can really help you swing with wide board. You also have a hail mary event that restands everything with potential 12 attacks in one turn. So how does it work? Let’s talk about it.

-PROS = Can easily summon multiple characters per turn that have good value. Hardly lose out on resources and trades
-CONS = No real character protection, doesn’t usually attack with high power

-Early Game = Best is going 2nd. Ideal turn is play a 1-2 cost, then leader ability to play another 1-2 cost
-Mid Game = Flood the board as much as possible, attack with characters only when you can easily replace them
-Late Game = Once you have 4-5 characters at all times, keep swinging 5-7k to face. Rush Luffy, Rest/Restand Brook, 12 Attacks with event.

SPECIFICS
-Build = Characters: 47 Impel Down / 3 Others
-Leader = Lots of 2x Don plays (attach to attack, attach to activate abilities, leave up for events, play more characters)
-1Ks = 21 (Average = 18-22)
-2Ks = 12 (Average = 8-12)
-Bricks = 13 (Average = 10-16)
-Search = 7(11) (Average = 4-8)
-Block = 9(17) (Average = 4-8)
-Event/Stage = 4 (Average 2-6)

NOTEWORTHY
-Very fun thematic deck (Impel Down, all characters working together)
-Though it’s all Impel Down (Can easily mess with the ratios)
-A very competitive deck (swings wide, replenishes resources, versalility in plays)
